Company Let Tenants

A Company Let Tenant is a business that rents a property with the intention of letting it out. The company signs the tenancy agreement and is responsible for rent, utility bills, and council tax. At Kingdom Rose Realty, we work with three types of Company Let Tenants: Serviced Accommodation Providers, Social Housing Organisations, and HMO Companies.

Traditional Tenants

We also rent our properties to traditional tenants, such as working professionals, students, and families looking for a new place to call home.

Our Process

We look at your Companies House registration and website (if available). If your business has been operating for over two years, we’ll review your company’s financial standing.

If your business is less than two years old, we can take you on as a personal guarantor. In this case, we’ll assess your income from employment or savings to ensure you’re a suitable candidate for guaranteed rent.
